The electric tapping machine JOYTAP 2 is equipped as standard with a multidirectional head that allows threading in any position.
The main features of the JOYTAP 2 electric tapping machine are:
double articulated balanced arm system made entirely of special aluminum that guarantees fast and precise alignment on the holes;
electric motor with 220V Brushless technology;
adjustment of the rotation speed based on the tapping diameter;
maximum counter-clockwise speed for rapid tool output;
Joystick with command buttons that facilitates tool alignment and speeds up processing operations;
minimum noise and reduced electricity consumption;
standard multidirectional head on all the machines that allows threading in any position;
positioning magnet for rapid spindle alignment;
balance and fluidity in movements guaranteed by adjustable gas springs and joints mounted on ball bearings;
possibility of threading blind and through holes thanks to adjustable clutches.
